Shipping policy
Everything on this page is what actually happens when you order. If anything here turns out not to be true for your order, email support@beneolife.com and we will make it right.
What shipping costs
Almost every order ships free. There is exactly one exception, and it is the only one:

The charge is shown on the product page before you pay, and again at checkout. Nothing is added later.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. If your address is outside the United States, our checkout will not be able to complete your order.
How long delivery takes
Orders leave our fulfilment centre within 1 business day and arrive within 5 to 12 business days from the moment the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
The range is honest rather than optimistic: most orders land near the earlier end, and carrier backlogs can push an order toward the later end. If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, write to us and we will look into it.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If a day has passed since your confirmation and no tracking has arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
Getting your address right
We ship to the address exactly as you enter it at checkout. Please check it before paying — an apartment or unit number left out is the most common reason a parcel goes missing. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If the order has not left yet, we can correct it. If it has already shipped, we cannot reroute it, but see the next section.
If your order does not arrive
If a parcel is lost in transit, or comes back to us as undeliverable, you can choose a replacement at no cost or a full refund, shipping included. You do not need to have received anything to be covered.
Subscription shipments
On the flexible plan, each shipment goes out on the cadence you chose — every 4, 8 or 12 weeks depending on the size you picked. Every plan shipment ships free. You can skip a shipment, change the date or cancel at any time from the link in your order confirmation.
Free gifts
Gifts that unlock with your order ship in the same box, at no extra cost and with no effect on your delivery date. The mystery gift is the exception: it reaches you by email once your order is confirmed, so nothing ships for it and your delivery date does not move.
Returns and the guarantee
Shipping and returns are separate things. Our 60-day money-back guarantee is described in full in our Refund Policy, and it applies whether or not the bottle has been opened and used. You never have to ship anything back to us.
