These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium SMS Program operated by BE NEO LLC (“Be Neo MindMag,” “MindMag,” “MindMag Brain-Magnesium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BE NEO LLC operates Be Neo MindMag, also marketed and identified as MindMag Brain-Magnesium. The program offers recurring automated promotional text messages about MindMag products, including abandoned shopping cart reminders, product offers, discounts, and related promotional communications. Enrollment is optional, and you can cancel at any time.
1 Program identity and scope

Be Neo MindMag and MindMag Brain-Magnesium are product names used by BE NEO LLC for its MindMag product offering.
Messages may include reminders about an abandoned Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium shopping cart, available product offers, discounts, and other MindMag promotional information within the scope disclosed when you subscribe. The program may also send the subscription confirmation, cancellation confirmation, and help responses needed to administer your participation.
This marketing subscription does not enroll you in another brand’s messages or in separate text programs for order confirmations, shipping, or tracking. Any separate SMS service must have its own appropriate disclosure and permission. Product purchases remain subject to the terms and policies presented for those purchases.
2 Eligibility and control of your number
You must be at least 18 years old, have a text-capable mobile number in the United States, and be the subscriber or an authorized customary user of that number. Do not enroll a number you do not control or sign up another person without their own participation in the consent process.
A compatible device, a participating wireless service, and the ability to send and receive text messages are needed. Data access may be needed to open links. Availability varies by carrier, device, and location.
3 Voluntary enrollment
You may request enrollment through a Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium web form or checkout that presents an SMS-specific disclosure. The SMS consent control is separate from required purchase terms and is optional and unchecked by default. To request enrollment, provide your mobile number, actively select the SMS consent control, and submit the form.
The disclosure identifies Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium as a product operated by BE NEO LLC and explains that recurring automated marketing texts may include shopping cart reminders and offers. It provides message-frequency information, notice of potential carrier charges, cancellation and help instructions, and links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of buying a product or receiving customer support. Providing a number for billing, delivery, account access, or a support request does not by itself subscribe you. Permission for email messages or acceptance of general website terms does not substitute for SMS consent.
4 Confirmation before activation
After you submit an SMS enrollment request, we send a confirmation message asking you to reply YES to confirm your subscription. That message identifies the Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium SMS Program and its marketing purpose, including cart reminders. We activate the recurring marketing subscription only after receiving the required affirmative reply.
If you do not complete confirmation, we will not send marketing messages or abandoned-cart reminders. The confirmation request itself does not contain a sales offer or function as a cart reminder. A YES reply is used as confirmation only in connection with the disclosed enrollment process.
We keep records of the consent and confirmation to document your subscription and manage your preferences. Enrolling through the disclosed process and confirming your request signifies your agreement to these SMS Terms.
5 Message content and frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of promotional messages depends on the offers available and your interactions with Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium. You may also receive the administrative messages needed to confirm enrollment, process cancellation, or answer a help request.
The specific cart-reminder limit in Section 6 applies even when you are subscribed to other MindMag promotions. We do not use a general promotional message as an additional reminder for the same abandoned cart.
6 Abandoned shopping cart reminders
Shopping cart reminders are marketing messages. We send them only to subscribers whose confirmed consent covers Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium cart reminders and whose subscription remains active at the time of sending.
We may send no more than one reminder for each unique abandoned cart. Any reminder is sent within 48 hours after the cart is abandoned. We do not send a second or third reminder for the same cart, and we do not send that cart’s reminder after the 48-hour window.
A reminder is canceled if you complete the relevant purchase or opt out before sending. If you later create a genuinely distinct cart through new shopping activity and abandon it, that cart may qualify for its own reminder under the same conditions. Simply leaving a cart unchanged does not create repeated reminder opportunities.
We use website and checkout activity, cookies or similar technologies, and our e-commerce integrations to identify abandoned carts, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Identifying an abandoned cart does not provide permission to text you.
A reminder may link to the website so that you can review your selection and choose whether to complete checkout. It does not place an order, collect payment by text, authorize a charge, reserve inventory, or guarantee that a previously displayed price or offer remains available.
7 Message and data charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider may charge for texts sent or received and for data used to open links, depending on your plan. Ask your wireless provider about those charges. Carrier fees are separate from the price of any Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium product you choose to purchase.
8 Canceling your subscription
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. The standard cancellation keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT are also recognized. Cancellation does not require you to sign in, explain your decision, or complete a purchase-related step.
After cancellation, you may receive one final text confirming the opt-out. We will not send further program texts unless you complete a new enrollment. We apply the cancellation to the Be Neo MindMag / MindMag Brain-Magnesium SMS Program and do not switch sending numbers to continue contacting an opted-out subscriber.
If you cannot reply from the subscribed number, contact support@beneolife.com and identify the mobile number you want removed. We may request reasonable information to identify the correct subscription. Canceling program texts does not cancel an existing product order or affect your ability to contact support.
9 Joining again or changing your number
To subscribe again after opting out, return to the SMS sign-up process and complete the consent and confirmation instructions provided there. A new purchase, a new cart, or an unrelated text reply does not automatically reactivate your marketing subscription.
If you change or relinquish your number, unsubscribe the old number and enroll the new number separately if you still want messages. Consent associated with an old number is not automatically applied to a replacement number or a new owner.
10 Help and customer care
Reply HELP for program assistance. INFO is also supported for help. You may contact customer support directly at support@beneolife.com with questions about enrollment, cancellation, message delivery, or these Terms.
Identify Be Neo MindMag or MindMag Brain-Magnesium in your inquiry and provide the affected mobile number when the question concerns a subscription. Do not include full payment credentials, passwords, medical records, or other sensitive information in a text or routine support email.
11 Delivery and wireless carriers
Delivery depends on wireless carrier services, network coverage, device settings, and other conditions. Messages may be delayed, blocked, or not delivered. We cannot promise delivery at an exact time or support on every network.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A message delivery problem does not create a new authorization to send marketing messages or extend the time window for an abandoned-cart reminder.
12 Privacy and mobile information
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected for the program, how cart activity is detected, how consent and cancellation records are handled, and how to make a privacy request. Read it at: https://beneolife.com/pages/sms-privacy-policy
Mobile numbers, SMS subscription data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or disclosed to affiliates or outside organizations for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process the minimum information needed to operate and deliver this program on our behalf, subject to the restrictions in the Privacy Policy.
13 Offers and purchases
An SMS offer is subject to the conditions disclosed with that offer or on its linked page, including any actual expiry date, product limitations, or availability. Participation in SMS marketing does not itself require you to buy anything, create a paid subscription, or authorize recurring product charges.
If you decide to purchase, review the order total and the applicable purchase, shipping, and return terms during checkout. Replying to an SMS does not complete a purchase or change an existing order.
14 Changes to the program or these Terms
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue the program. Updated Terms will be posted at the address below with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
A change to the Terms does not expand existing permission to a new sender or a materially different messaging purpose. Where additional consent is required, we will obtain it before sending the affected messages. Your right to cancel remains available.
