Be Neo does not store or access your payment information directly. All payment data is managed by Stripe’s secure infrastructure and monitored under Dosable’s compliance framework, ensuring medical and regulatory alignment at every step.
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and services made through Be Neo, including:
- Telemedicine consultations with licensed U.S. medical providers;
- Clinical and administrative services, such as patient intake, prescription review, and follow-up sessions;
- Health products and supplements distributed by Be Neo or licensed U.S. pharmacy partners;
-Digital health services, including patient portal access, reports, and telehealth integrations.
Refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis when the following conditions apply:
- Patients may cancel their telemedicine appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 20% administrative fee.
- No-shows (appointments where the patient does not attend) are non-refundable, as the provider’s time has been reserved exclusively for the patient.
- If the service cannot be completed due to technical failure, connection errors, or Stripe–Dosable platform malfunction, Be Neo will offer either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
- Supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, logs, or error messages) may be required to validate the issue.
- Refunds are eligible for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue was caused by Be Neo or its partners.
- If a duplicate charge or processing error is identified, Be Neo will promptly issue a refund upon verification with Stripe’s payment records.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Completed telemedicine consultations, regardless of clinical outcome;
- Subjective dissatisfaction with medical advice (providers follow licensed clinical protocols);
- Denial of prescriptions when the provider determines treatment is not clinically appropriate;
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products;
- Digital or administrative services already performed (such as medical intake or form reviews);
- Requests submitted after 7 calendar days from purchase confirmation.
We aim to make refund requests simple and transparent.
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, full name, transaction date, and (if available) the Stripe charge ID;
3. Clearly explain the reason for the request and include supporting evidence such as invoices, photos, or screenshots;
4. Wait for confirmation of receipt and review.
Our support team—together with the medical or logistics departments when necessary—will review your request within 5 business days. You will receive written notification of the outcome and refund status via email.
Once approved, refunds will be processed through Stripe to the same payment method used in the original transaction.
- Internal processing time: up to 3 business days;
- Bank or card issuer settlement time: typically 5–10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
Partial refunds may be issued when only part of the service was used or when administrative costs apply.
Be Neo is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, cross-border transaction fees, or delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Be Neo strictly adheres to U.S. and international consumer protection and telehealth regulations, including:
- HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) – safeguarding all medical data and patient privacy;
- FDA and Telehealth Compliance Standards – ensuring safety and regulatory adherence for all treatments;
- Stripe Refund & Dispute Policy – compliance with payment processor dispute and chargeback procedures;
- Consumer Protection Act (CPA) – transparency and fair refund practices for online consumers.
In the event of a chargeback initiated directly with your bank or card issuer, Be Neo reserves the right to submit documentation proving service delivery, teleconsultation logs, and transaction records to resolve the dispute in good faith.
